Jay Started This Company
It’s hard to believe that over 30 years ago Jay started this company with a $7,000 loan and a minivan.
A Family-Run Business
This family-run business was founded in 1985 and was built on networking and good relationships. All Temp, Inc. expanded into the abatement industry in 1987 when AT Abatement Services, Inc. was founded.
Continued Growth
The company continued to grow and earned new customers daily. In 1990, the company moved its headquarters into a larger facility located in North Kansas City where AT Industrial Sheet Metal, Inc. was founded and still operates today.
Love of the Lake
Jay built this thriving company from the ground up. In 1993, he retired from the business and relocated to Naples, Florida. Jay shaped his legacy with this company but he was always at home on the water. Jay returned to the Lake of the Ozarks until he passed on March 25, 2018.
Legacy
Jay was a salesman, a businessman, and most importantly a family man. His legacy will forever be with the foundation of All Temp, Inc.
